They provide the car scheme, and the employer signs and pays for a lease agreement on behalf of the employee.
loveelectric’s car scheme operates in the same way as the popular bike-to-work scheme. As an employee, you sacrifice a small portion of your salary in return for a new electric car, typically saving 50% of your annual motor costs through income tax and national insurance savings.
